Industrial Process

industrial ProcessServing industrial clients, already burdened with rising costs, reduced staff levels, increasing regulatory control, and demanding customer expectations, we provide experienced process engineering and industry services. Our process engineering expertise includes:

  • Expansion, Optimization, or Automation of Existing and/or New Manufacturing Processes.
  • Validation or Troubleshooting of Existing Systems.
  • Integration of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Products into End-use Process Applications with Unique Control and Performance Criteria.

We are an active proponent in the principles of sustainable design and have incorporated this philosophy on specific projects and in our core business practices. We are a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (through our affiliated company, Ganflec Architects and Engineers, Inc.), participate in applicable industry workshops, and have certified LEED™ (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professionals, representing various disciplines. Our process engineers recognize that system design is integral to the successful performance of today’s process systems and contributes significantly to the profitability of the manufacturer. Design solutions require a complete understanding of the client’s performance needs and expectations, identification and evaluation of the most timely and/or cost-effective options, and the participation of the manufacturer in the decision process.

In addition to these process engineering services, we also provide complete design services for modification of existing facilities or design of new facilities, evaluation of facility systems (structural, HVACR, electrical, communication, security, etc.), site planning and permitting, air quality emissions and permitting, and industrial waste treatment and/or pretreatment. We incorporate sustainable design practices whenever economically feasible – pollution prevention, energy efficiency, waste reduction/re-use, etc.
