We take an equipment based approach to determine the staffing
levels of a facility. Starting with a Maintenance Master Equipment
List, which is a listing of the areas and equipment in a facility
that requires preventive maintenance including lighting and architectural
features, we develop a preventative maintenance program tied
to the mission of the facility. The higher the criticality of
a facility the higher the preventative maintenance needs the
higher the staffing requirements.
