We take an equipment-based approach to determine the staffing
levels of a facility. Starting with a maintenance master equipment
list, which is a listing of the areas and equipment in a facility
that requires preventative maintenance, including lighting and architectural
features, we develop a preventative maintenance program tied
to the mission of the facility. The higher the criticality of
a facility, the higher the preventative maintenance needs, and the
higher the staffing requirements.
