Standard Operating Procedures
The primary goal of our standard operating procedures (SOPs) is to optimize the facility function
through implementation of sound facilities practices. Our SOPs
document the processes and procedures that are required to keep
a facility operating. This is important because today’s
complex buildings required SOP documentation as a reference in
emergency situations or as a training tool for facilities personnel:
- Contact list
- Emergency scenarios and the proper response
- Flowcharts for complex situations
- What is accepted and what is not accepted as proof
that a process was initiated as a result of an incident
- Review logs to develop a list of "situations"
- Interview with operations personnel
- Analysis of work order flow process
- Documentation of critical work processes
- Post incident review procedures
