Improper maintenance increases the risk that an equipment malfunction
will disrupt operations and interfere with production. In many

business. For many businesses, downtime is no longer acceptable.

inspecting and maintaining every piece of equipment at every
location according to a specified timetable, multiple issues
related to Facilities Management such as life cycle costs, uptime,
reliability, and manpower utilization are addressed. In addition,
data is generated and used to provide maintenance supervisors
with an accurate history of maintenance and repairs for every
piece of equipment.
