Air Quality
Complying with air pollution control regulations at the local, state and federal level involves applying and evaluating related technologies and industrial processes. Comprehensive air emissions control services available for design, permitting and compliance management include:
- Air emission inventory development
- Construction and operating permit applications
- Title V operating permit applications
- Air pollution control technology assessment
- Permitting and regulatory consulting
- Dispersion modeling and risk assessment
- Engineering design and implementation
Our firm works with clients meeting annual reporting requirements (dating back to the Title V applications of the early ‘90s) and prepares new permits for expansions and new facilities. When obtaining permits for sources that might emit regulated pollutants, installing a new source or modifying an existing one can often require either a permit or an analysis showing that one is not required. We work with facilities that elect to implement programs to avoid the Title V Operating Permit program burden.
| Our staff has developed various strategies for industry compliance with the Clean Air Act including synthetic minor demonstrations, RACT plans and control technology evaluations. |
