 Progress Meetings
Although we maintain constant interaction with our clients regarding daily construction progress, we also conduct regular project team progress meetings. These meeting serve as a venue to review project progress and to assist with resolving outstanding issues encountered since the last meeting.
Additionally, these meetings provide another venue for our client and project management staff to review current and projected staffing needs. Our firm strives to function as an extension of our client and respond with the appropriate personnel when needed. As the work develops and tasks are introduced, we adjust our resources and field inspection forces accordingly in order to achieve the proper cost-effective level of construction management and inspection. Furthermore, our personnel are phased in and out of the project in response to our client’s needs and to mirror the contractor’s level of activity.
