Our full-time staff of construction site personnel is trained to inspect the full range of construction activities. Each individual has been cross-trained on various types of projects and is able to contend with various project situations including civil work, geotechnical, architectural, mechanical, electrical instrumentation and project start‑up/occupancy.
Our construction-phase testing capabilities include:
- Air Quality Monitoring
- Bituminous Paving
- Concrete Paving
- Concrete Testing & Sampling
- Hazardous Materials, including Asbestos Abatement Monitoring
- National Electric Code (NEC) Compliance
- Nuclear Density Testing
- Start‑up Assistance for Equipment
- Suitability & Classification of Soils
- Testing of Paintings / Coatings
Additionally, our field personnel are supported by specialized professional office staff, an in-house geotechnical laboratory. A contracted local environmental laboratory may also be used for testing or consultation by our Construction Management staff.
