2008 Great Pennsylvania Cleanup
On April 19, as part of the 2008 Great Pennsylvania Cleanup, several employees from the Valley Forge, Pa., office, participated in the 2008 Great Pennsylvania Cleanup. The Great Pennsylvania Cleanup is Pennsylvania’s participation in the national Great American Cleanup sponsored by Keep America Beautiful, Inc.
The Gannett Fleming crew cleaned up a portion of highway along the U.S. Route 30 and U.S. Route 322 Interchange in Downingtown, Pa. It was a beautiful morning, and the team was finished picking up litter along the highway in record time. The crew picks up litter four times a year and has participated since 2005.
