Clearfield Office Sponsors Earth Day Class
The employees of the Clearfield, Pa., office sponsored an Earth Day event at the West Branch Area High School’s Life Skills class. The class involved the planting of shrubs, the creation of a stone walkway, and some additional landscaping work to improve the aesthetic quality of the school’s courtyard. These activities were planned around the students’ recently constructed greenhouse. The students plan to use the greenhouse for growing different plants and flowers, with the hope of selling them to raise additional funds for the courtyard.
