Fazzolari Elected to Board of Directors

 (Harrisburg, Pa.) Salvatore D. Fazzolari, CPA, CISA, has been elected to the Board of Directors of Gannett Fleming Affiliates, Inc., the holding company for Gannett Fleming’s engineering, construction, real estate, and other operating companies.
Fazzolari joins the Board after having served as the chairman and CEO of Harsco Corporation, a diversified global industrial solutions company. Throughout his 32 years of service to Harsco, Fazzolari served in numerous leadership positions that enabled him to develop an in-depth knowledge of complex operations and managerial finance. He brings substantial experience with serving infrastructure enterprises, railroads, and industrial organizations, including oversight of international operations.

Fazzolari, a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Information Systems Auditor. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
