
Krebs and Zeevaart Named Vice Presidents of Gannett Fleming

(Harrisburg, Pa.) Christopher D. Krebs, P.E., CFM, GISP, and Scott W. Zeevaart, P.E., were named vice presidents of Gannett Fleming, Inc. Both are based in Gannett Fleming’s corporate headquarters in Harrisburg, Pa.
Krebs is the manager of geographic information system (GIS) services for the Environmental Resources Division. His expertise includes infrastructure inventory and management, global positioning system survey, mobile GIS, and geoprocessing and 3-D modeling for a broad range of public and private sector clients.
With nearly 20 years of experience, Krebs holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a registered professional engineer in Virginia, Certified Floodplain Manager, Certified Geographic Information Systems Professional, and Esri® Certified ArcGIS Desktop Professional.
Zeevaart is the Highway Business Unit leader for the Transportation Division. He oversees the Highway Design, Traffic Operations, and Management Services Groups, which perform preliminary and final design of highways, traffic studies and analysis, transportation policy and procedure development, and training development and delivery.
With nearly 20 years of experience, Zeevaart holds a bachelor of science and master of science in civil engineering from Purdue University, as well as a master of science in systems engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania and a member of the American Society of Highway Engineers and the High-Speed Ground Transportation Association. Zeevaart was chosen as a Forty Under 40 Award Winner by the Central Pennsylvania Business Journal in 2006.
