Winebrenner Named Vice President

 (Raleigh, N.C.) Terry L. Winebrenner, P.E., was recently named a vice president of Gannett Fleming, an international planning, design, and construction management firm. Currently based in the firm’s Westerville, Ohio, office, he will relocate to the firm’s Raleigh, N.C., office. Winebrenner will provide his expertise in support of the firm’s growth in the southeast region.
Winebrenner will serve as a senior project manager in the Raleigh office for transportation and related environmental management projects, and will provide senior level oversight to other Gannett Fleming offices throughout the southeast region. With more than 25 years of experience, he is also one of eight internal auditors of Gannett Fleming’s ISO 9001:2000 certified quality management system.
Winebrenner holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from the Indiana Institute of Technology. A registered professional engineer in Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, Ohio, and West Virginia, he is a member of the American Society of Highway Engineers and the Engineers Club of Columbus, Ohio.
