
Gannett Fleming Names Stockholders

(Harrisburg, Pa.) Gannett Fleming, an international planning, design, and construction management firm, recently named 5 new stockholders.
Daniel J. Goncz, P.E., serves as manager of municipal services for the firm’s Pittsburgh Region Environmental Engineering Division. He is based in Gannett Fleming’s Mercer, Pa., office. With more than 22 years of experience, Goncz oversees the planning, design, permitting, bidding, and construction management of municipal water, sewerage, and stormwater projects. He holds a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from Grove City College.
Kenneth T. Guttman, P.E., is the environmental site remediation manager for the firm’s Hazardous and Industrial Waste and Natural Resources Group. With more than 10 years of experience, Guttman also serves as program manager for a national contract with Chevron Environmental Management Company. In this role, he directs personnel and resources for work at more than 60 sites throughout the United States. Guttman holds a bachelor of science in chemical engineering from the University of Maryland-Baltimore County. He is based in the firm’s Baltimore, Md., office.
David A. Hamlet, P.E., serves as a highway design operations manager and senior project manger in the firm’s corporate headquarters in Harrisburg, Pa. With more than 15 years of experience with the firm, Hamlet oversees the day-to-day operations of highway design personnel and projects. Hamlet holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a master of engineering science from The Pennsylvania State University.
Robert A. Kline, Jr., P.E., serves as an engineering manager in the Dams and Hydraulics Section in the firm’s corporate headquarters in Harrisburg, Pa. With more than 20 years of experience with the firm, Kline is responsible for management, design, and construction services of dam and water supply projects. Kline holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
David H. Wilson, P.E., serves as vice president and transportation group manager in Albuquerque, N.M. With more than 15 years of experience with the firm, Wilson works with clients to help identify their needs and provide innovative and cost-effective transportation solutions. He is responsible for the management and design of traffic and transportation projects with various city, county, and state agencies. He holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering and a masters of business administration from the University of New Mexico.
