Price Receives AWWA Honorary Member Award

(Columbus, Ohio) Marlay B. Price has received an Honorary Member Award from the American Water Works Association (AWWA). Price was presented with this national award on June 9 at the 128th AWWA Annual Conference and Exposition held in Atlanta, Ga. This prestigious award recognizes his professional accomplishments and contributions in the field of water supply.

Price has been an active member of AWWA for more than 20 years. He has held leadership positions with the organization including 10 years of service on the national board of directors. In addition, he has been active with the AWWA Ohio Section where he served a 6 year term on the governing board.

Based in Westerville, Ohio, Price serves as vice president of marketing and water resources marketing director of Gannett Fleming, an international planning, design, and construction management firm.

With more than 34 years of experience, Price holds a bachelor of arts in business management and economics from the University of Cincinnati and a master of business administration from the University of Dayton. Active in professional associations, he is a member of the Ohio Section of the AWWA, the Water Environment Federation, and the Water Management Association of Ohio.
