Lillard Receives ASDSO West Regional Award of Merit

(Albuquerque, N.M.) Dwayne E. Lillard, P.E., has been honored with the West Regional Award of Merit by the Association of State Dam Safety Officials (ASDSO). This award is presented to individuals or organizations working in the dam safety field that have made outstanding contributions to dam safety in the region. In September, he will be honored during the ASDSO Annual Conference in Indian Wells, Calif.

Based in the firm’s Albuquerque, N.M., office, Lillard serves as a senior geotechnical engineer for Gannett Fleming, an international planning, design, and construction management firm. His responsibilities include providing quality review and technical direction on geotechnical, dam, levee, and other water resources projects, and assisting with the development, implementation, and execution of marketing strategies and plans for city, county, state, and federal agencies within the region.

A registered professional engineer in New Mexico, Lillard holds a bachelor of science and a master of science in civil engineering from the University of New Mexico. Active in professional associations, he is a member of the Association of State Dam Safety Officials.
