
Barrett Named Regional Director of Delmarva Region

(Baltimore, Md.) Warren A. Barrett, II, P.E., was recently named regional director of the Delmarva Region for Gannett Fleming, an international planning, design, and construction management firm. Based in the firm’s Baltimore, Md., office, Barrett oversees corporate operations for Gannett Fleming’s Delmarva Region, which includes offices in Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
With more than 27 years of experience, Barrett is a vice president with the firm. He previously served as manager of the Baltimore Office where he was responsible for the performance of 90 employees serving private, municipal, state, and federal clients. Architectural and engineering services provided under Barrett’s leadership included transportation, facilities, municipal systems, utilities, educational, environmental, and hazardous materials remediation.
In his new role, Barrett will be responsible for the performance of four Gannett Fleming offices. He will work with leadership from within the region, and across the country to develop and apply strategies of growth and diversity within the Delmarva region.
Barrett holds a bachelor of science in civil and environmental engineering from Clarkson University. A registered professional engineer in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and New Jersey, he is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
