Gannett Fleming Names Stockholders

(Harrisburg, Pa.) Gannett Fleming, an international planning, design, and construction management firm, recently named eight new stockholders.

Trent L. Dreese, P.E.
Trent L. Dreese, P.E.

Trent L. Dreese, P.E., is a geotechnical project manager in the firm’s corporate headquarters in Harrisburg, Pa. With more than 18 years of experience, Dreese directs site reconnaissance and subsurface investigations and oversees construction observation and instrumentation monitoring on geotechnical projects. A registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania, Dreese holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from Bucknell University.

Steven I. Hawtof, P.E.

Steven I. Hawtof, P.E., is a project manager based in the firm’s Baltimore, Md., office. With more than 20 years of engineering experience, he is responsible for the preliminary and final design of roadway projects, as well as planning and feasibility studies. Hawtof holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from Bucknell University and is a registered professional engineer in Maryland and Virginia.

With more than 17 years of experience, she is responsible for directing and overseeing the firm’s marketing activities, with an emphasis on developing and maintaining a corporate marketing strategy. Hricak holds a bachelor of humanities in communications from The Pennsylvania State University.

Mark Metil, P.E.

Mark Metil, P.E., manages the firm’s Transportation Systems Operations Group in Harrisburg. With more than 20 years of engineering experience, he specializes in traffic analysis and research, intelligent transportation systems, and safety and security studies for military installations worldwide. A professional engineer in six states, Metil holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.

Michael A. Morgan, P.E., P.P., P.T.O.E., serves as the Transportation Engineering and Planning Department manager in the firm’s South Plainfield, N.J., office. With more than 19 years of experience, he is responsible for traffic engineering, signal system design, and transportation and land use planning. Morgan holds a bachelor of civil engineering from Villanova University and a master of science in civil engineering, with a concentration in urban and transportation planning, from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

William M. Plumpton

William M. Plumpton serves as a project manager in Harrisburg and oversees the planning and environmental documentation for transportation, facilities, utilities, and land development projects. With more than 22 years of experience, he is a certified environmental professional through the Academy of Board Certified Environmental Professionals. Plumpton holds a bachelor of science in environmental resource management from The Pennsylvania State University.

Joseph Rikk, Jr., P.E., serves as the regional office manager for the firm’s Columbus, Ohio, location. He oversees the day-to-day business operations in Columbus and directs the work of professional engineers providing transportation, water resource, geotechnical, survey, and environmental services throughout Ohio. A registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Kentucky, Rikk holds a bachelor of science in structural design and construction engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.

Paul G. Schweiger, P.E., brings more than 23 years of experience to his position with the firm’s Dams and Hydraulic Structures Section in Harrisburg. A registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, he has provided engineering services for more than 100 dam projects of various types and sizes. Schweiger holds a bachelor and master of science in civil engineering from the University of New Brunswick.
