 (Pittsburgh, Pa.) David M. Kozel, P.E., was recently named an associate with Gannett Fleming, an international planning, design, and construction management firm.
Based in the firm’s Pittsburgh, Pa., office, Kozel serves as a senior transportation manager. With more than 20 years of experience, he is responsible for the development and management of diverse transportation projects, in addition to the coordination of technical staff.
Kozel’s areas of expertise include design management; project management and administration; quality control; proposal preparation; client coordination; and marketing efforts. He has worked with a variety of clients, including the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission.
A registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania, Kozel holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering technology from Point Park College.
