
Clark Relocates to Florida to Lead Water and Wastewater Efforts

(Tampa, Fla.) R. Tom Clark, P.E., recently relocated to the Tampa, Fla., office of Gannett Fleming, an international planning, design, and construction management firm. Clark serves as a senior project manager for the firm’s Water and Wastewater and Site Remediation Practices.
In this role, Clark works to promote and expand Gannett Fleming’s water and wastewater services to clients in Tampa, as well as agencies throughout central and western Florida. He also provides senior technical assistance to the Site Remediation Practice and diverse brownfields projects.
Before relocating to Florida, Clark served as the regional office manager of Gannett Fleming’s Augusta, Ga., location. He has an extensive background in managing hazardous waste site investigations, site remediation, regulatory compliance, and water and wastewater engineering efforts.
Clark holds a bachelor of chemistry from Baylor University and a bachelor of science in chemical engineering from Texas Tech University. He is a registered professional engineer and a member of the Water Environment Federation and the American Water Works Association.
