Gannett Fleming’s Morgantown Office Continues to Grow

(Morgantown, W.V.)  Gannett Fleming’s Morgantown, W.V., office continues to grow with the additions of Michael Neely, Scott Nale, and Justin Peaslee. Gannett Fleming is an international planning, design, and construction management firm. Its Morgantown office specializes in civil engineering; highway; bridge; airport; traffic; geotechnical; and municipal water and wastewater projects.

With more than 10 years of engineering experience, Michael Neely, P.E., serves as a project manager. He is responsible for the design of highway and airport projects, including right-of-way, site development, stormwater, utilities, and sediment pollution control work. A member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, Neely holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from West Virginia University.

Scott Nale serves as a traffic engineer with Gannett Fleming, responsible for highway design projects and traffic signal work, in addition to the completion of traffic and safety studies. With more than four years of traffic experience, he has designed more than 100 traffic signals. An Engineer-in-Training, Nale holds a bachelor of science in civil and environmental engineering and a master of science in civil engineering from West Virginia University.

Justin Peaslee is a structural engineer responsible for the design and analysis of highway bridges and other transportation-related structures. An Engineer-in-Training, Peaslee holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from West Virginia University.
