Horner Relocates to Gannett Fleming’s Mt. Laurel, N.J., Office

Daniel J. Horner, P.E.(Mt. Laurel, N.J.) Daniel J. Horner, P.E., recently relocated to Gannett Fleming’s Mt. Laurel, N.J., office. Horner, previously based in the firm’s South Plainfield, N.J., office, serves as a project engineer.

In this role, Horner oversees civil highway design and construction projects for clients throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York. He has an extensive background in major highway and interchange projects, including new construction, rehabilitation, and expansion assignments.

Throughout his career, Horner has gained significant experience working on projects with the New Jersey Department of Transportation, including the award-winning Route 18 Extension, Section 2A rehabilitation. He has also worked on the Garden State Parkway Route 142 interchange and roadway project for the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.

A registered professional engineer in New Jersey, Horner holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from Rutgers University. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Society of Highway Engineers.
