 (Harrisburg, Pa.) James A. Pasquali was recently appointed deputy regional director of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), Region 5. With more than 100,000 individual and organizational members, ASQ is considered the world’s leading authority on setting quality standards to improve business results and create better workplaces.
In his new role, Pasquali will explain and promote ASQ’s mission, policies, and programs in eastern Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and northern Virginia. Pasquali previously served as chair of ASQ, Harrisburg Section 503 for three terms and has been a member of its Executive Committee for more than seven years.
Pasquali is the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and IS0 9000 manager of Gannett Fleming’s Information Technology Division. He develops, implements, and monitors the division’s quality production program to ensure superior products and services. Pasquali is based in the Harrisburg, Pa., headquarters of Gannett Fleming, an international planning, design, and construction management firm.
With more than 13 years of quality assurance experience, Pasquali is a certified CQI instructor.
