(Harrisburg, Pa.) Gannett Fleming, an international planning, design,
and construction management firm, is pleased to announce the creation
of ICE Technologies. The new service
provider comprises Gannett Fleming’s
Environmental Division’s Instrumentation and Control (I&C)
Group, the Facilities Division’s Electrical Group, and Industrial
Process Group.
ICE Technologies comprises more than 20 electrical, control system,
and network engineers, in addition to distribution designers and
programmers. They provide technical and managerial support for the
firm’s Transportation and Environmental Divisions, as well
as work for private clients. ICE Technologies will now be able to
offer these clients a wide variety of services through a single provider.
The group has extensive experience in a broad range of areas, including
water and wastewater, kindergarten through grade 12 schools, colleges
and universities, transportation, pharmaceutical, manufacturing,
commercial, and military markets.
Dean L.C. Foote, P.E., R.C.D.D., will serve as manager of the newly
created ICE Technologies. With more than 14 years of experience,
Foote is a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania. The
former manager and chief engineer of the firm’s I&C Group,
Foote holds a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from
The Pennsylvania State University and a master of science in information
systems from Shippensburg University.
Timothy P. Young, P.E., will serve as chief electrical engineer.
With more than 30 years of experience, Young is a registered professional
engineer in five states. He holds a bachelor of science in electrical
engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
Larry S. Bingaman, P.E. will serve as chief control system engineer.
With more than 25 years of experience, Bingaman is a registered professional
engineer in Pennsylvania. He holds a bachelor of science in electrical
engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and a master of
science in business administration from Lebanon Valley College.
