(Harrisburg, Pa.) Gannett Fleming, an international planning, design,
and construction management firm, was selected by the Pennsylvania
Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) for a General
Environmental Technical Assistance Contract (GTAC). Four firms were selected as
GTAC contractors from more than 20 firms that submitted proposals.
The selected contractors will provide environmental services on a
statewide basis as required. The contract has an initial two-year
term at $2.4 million and it may be renewed for up to three additional
years.
GTAC is utilized by PADEP to provide statewide support for its land
recycling program, hazardous sites cleanup program, key sites initiative
program, and underground storage tank and spill remediation programs.
Gannett Fleming will provide site assessments, risk assessments,
fate and transport studies, groundwater studies, and remedial design
services on projects across the Commonwealth.
