Gannett Fleming Names Seven New Vice Presidents |

Ronald
J. Drnevich, chairman and president of Gannett Fleming, is pleased
to announce
that the
following
seven
professionals have been named vice presidents.
John A. Buchheit, P.E.,
is a senior project manager in the firm’s corporate office
in Harrisburg, Pa., and is the firm’s bridge practice manager.
He is responsible for leading and directing the national development
of bridge engineering across the entire corporation. John guides
the bridge operations for more than 50 regional offices, assures
quality compliance, and develops standard operating procedures for
105 bridge engineers and technicians.

R. Tom Clark, P.E.,
is the regional office manager of the firm’s Augusta, Ga.,
office. He is responsible for the development of new business and
growth in the areas of environmental remediation, municipal water
and wastewater treatment, and transportation. |
John A. Derr, P.E.,
serves as a project manager and is the national highway practice
manager in the firm’s Harrisburg, Pa., office. John is responsible
for ensuring that all of Gannett Fleming’s highway practices,
nationwide, perform efficiently and consistently and participate
actively in all market assessments and execution plans. |
Roy W. Little, P.E., P.P.,
serves as the director of project management and quality assurance
in the firm’s Hammonton, N.J., office. He oversees projects
to assure compliance with scopes of services, technical quality of
work, and overall client satisfaction. Roy also serves as the operations
manager for the office and is responsible for overseeing procedures,
training, recruiting, and business development. |
Esther M. McGinnis is
the regional office manager of the firm’s Valley Forge, Pa.,
office. Esther is responsible for managing all office operations.
This includes staffing, quality assurance/quality control, marketing,
and business development. She oversees transportation and environmental
engineering projects. |
Paul L. O’Neal, P.E.,
is the assistant manager of the firm’s construction management
group. Based in the firm’s Harrisburg, Pa., office, he is responsible
for construction personnel supervision, construction contract administration,
pre-bid review of contract documents, value engineering and constructibility
review, contractor negotiations, and construction claims analysis. |
Roderick A. Savidge is
the director of human resources and the firm’s Equal Employment
Opportunity officer in the firm’s Harrisburg, Pa., office.
He is in charge of developing and administering Gannett Fleming's
employment practices, personnel policies, and programs. Rod advises
managers and employees on human resource policies and councils supervisors
on resolving various personnel matters. |
